Food is our passion. Over the years, we’ve made a point to dine at the greatest restaurants in France, Italy, and the United States. From Bocuse to Boyer, Charlie Trotter’s to Bern’s Steakhouse, Emeril’s to Wolfgang Puck’s. We’ve also discovered scores of hidden treasure regional and ethnic spots throughout Europe, the US and Mexico. Every meal is a memory from which we have created our own interpretation.
For years, people have enjoyed our food at gatherings in our homes in Chicago, Lake Geneva, and Scottsdale. We’re not stuck on any one cuisine. We do French, Mexican, Curry, Italian, American ethnic, regional and traditional. We strive to use locally raised, organic ingredients in every preparation to bring farm to table freshness and quality.
