CORPORATE CATERING

We were fortunate enough to have been selected to cater The Pomeroy Group’s 3 day meeting in Scottsdale.  We wanted to make sure to bring our A Game since they are a very successful Canadian Hospitality company.  Our menus for the 3 day meeting included:

LUNCH DAY 1

Salad of mixed Organic field greens in a homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette

Chicago-Style Italian Beef Sliders with sauteed green peppers and house made giardiniera

Baked Ziti in Red Wine Marinara with Italian Sausage and Imported Cheeses

DINNER DAY 1

Chipotle Caesar Salad

Poulet Roti

Brined then Grilled Porterhouse Pork Chops

Green Chile Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes

Oven Roasted Brussels  Sprouts with Pancetta

Chocolate Petit Fours

DAY 2 BREAKFAST

Deep Dish Quiche with Cheddar Cheese and Bacon

Deep Dish Quiche with Pork Sausage and Jack Cheese

DAY 2 LUNCH

Handcrafted Provencal Vegetable Soup with Pistou

Sliced Black Forest Ham and Oven Roasted Turkey Breast with Bakery Fresh Rye

Salad of Orzo pasta with Garbanzos, Heirloom Teardrop Tomatoes, and Red Onions with a Red Wine Vinaigrette

DAY 3 BREAKFAST

Southwestern Strata with eggs, cream, chorizo, chiles and cheese

DAY 3 LUNCH

Salad of Organic field greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Blue Cheese and Bacon Potato Salad

House made Potato Chips

Slow-Smoked Pork in Eat Me Signature BBQ Sauce on Brioche Slider Buns with Horseradish Coleslaw

Grilled Chicken Enchilada Sausage on a bed of salsa poached onions with Bolilo slider rolls with Black Bean and Corn Salsa

We felt like our clients really enjoyed the food.  The facility was a pleasure to work in and all of the attendees were a delight to serve!
