We just completed catering a very unique Wedding Reception at The Children’s Museum of Phoenix. The couple couldn’t narrow down the menu after tasting lots of Eat Me Specialties! So we recommended a series of Themed Stations where the guests could get Tasting-Sized Portions of several different foods. We offered a Salad Station with our Signature Chipotle Caesar and a Mixed Organic Field Greens with our Balsamic Vinaigrette; A Curry Station with Lamb Kheema Curry and a Spicy Veggie Curry both served with Star Anise & Cardamon-scented Basmati Rice; A Slider Station featuring 2 sliders….Our Yardbird and a Slow-Smoked BBQ Pork, as well as our Four Cheese Mac & Cheese; and a Street Taco Station offering Red Wine Braised Short Ribs, Achiote Chicken, and Vegan versions, each made to order. For Dessert, in addition to a small cake, we made Ice Cream Sandwiches using our Handmade Ice Cream and Freshly-Baked Chocolate Cake halves.
We got tons of compliments and so did the Bride & Groom! We also had alot of fun.
