Of course you would be booked on a Saturday! I really appreciated the fact that you fit us in and accommodated us but never made me feel like we were any less important than your big wedding gig that night. Being a chef I am VERY picky about food and everything was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Even the simple ingredients were elevated in taste and texture.
