a href=”http://eatmegourmetcatering.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/canadian-flag.jpg”>We got a call a few weeks ago from a Canadian gentleman to ask about Eat Me preparing Dinner for his group of 12 who were coming to Scottsdale for a 7 day golf vacation.  Unfortunately, the week he was interested in was already booked pretty heavily and we told him that.  But he was very persuasive, so we took the job…and we’re glad we did.  The group turned out to be a great group of guys who appreciated good food.  We designed 7 very different dinner menus to keep it interesting , for them and us! The Menus were:

#1   Chicago-Style Deep Dish Pizza & Salad

#2  Kheema Curry, Star Anise-Scented Basmati Rice, Aloo Naan, Cucumber Raita

#3  Caprese Salad, Minestrone, Farfale Pasta with Mushroom Ragu & Red Wine Marinara with Italian Sausage, Garlic Toast

#4  Street Tacos Bar with Achiote Chicken & Machaca Beef, Creamy Rice

#5 Wedge Salad with Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing, Filet Mignon, Twice-Baked Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus with Balsamic Reduction

#6  Chipotle Caesar Salad, Brined Porterhouse Pork Chops, Green Chile Mashed Potatoes, Sauteed Green Beans

#7  Cedar-Planked Salmon, Buluga Lentils with Harissa Vinaigrette & Feta, Cumin-Scented Carrots

We can’t wait for this group to make a return trip
