We’ve catered every aspect of Weddings, from Engagement Parties, to Bachelor & Bachelorette Parties, to Bridal Showers,  to Receptions at Brunch, Lunch, and Dinner.  But we’ve never done a Rehearsal Dinner until NOW!  The son of our friends Chris & Meg got married this past weekend in Phoenix and they hired us to do a Southwestern-inspired Rehearsal Dinner for 50 guests.  The menu featured a zesty Shrimp Remoulade appetizer (yeah, I know it is a New Orleans dish, but our friends had it before at our house and requested it be included), our Chipotle Caesar Salad,  Chile-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin served with Caramelized Onions and Ancho Dijon, and Green Chile Mashers.  Dessert was Pink Champagne Petit Fours made by our friends at Barb’s Bakery.  All indications were that it was a tasty success.
